We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Sorry, we do not accept checks or INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. However, Canadian citizens may purchase from us via phone.

Shipping

We ship UPS ground for a flat fee of $10 to the continental U.S. Three day, two day, and overnight services are available for an extra charge with weight and destination determining the price. UPS ground services are not available to Alaska & Hawaii residents. Once your purchase is shipped we will email you your UPS tracking number to the email address you provide.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for any amount you like! Please call the shop to purchase, and we will mail one out for you directly to the lucky recipient.

Return Policy

WEB returns and exchange policy:

If your purchase doesn’t work out, please ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please call or email to let us know if a purchase is coming back. You will be given a full refund, less the cost of shipping.  Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. Shoes that have been worn are non-returnable. Sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Please allow 3-5 business days to process any returns. Items postmarked after 15 days from purchase date are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our returns policy.

We offer safe online purchasing, using Secure Socket Layering (SSL)—the industry standard encryption technology that ensures the safety and security of your online order. When the letters “http” in the URL address change to “https”, the “s” indicates that you are in a secure area employing SSL. If you prefer to make purchases over the phone, no problem, just call the shop during business hours and we will collect your information person to person and ship out your purchase.
